My First Day as America's Perfect Teen (8/16/10)

This morning I woke up and I was not just Anysha .... I was America's Perfect Teen! What an amazing feeling to be a part of such a glamorous sisterhood and a national representative for young women everywhere who are not only fashionable and fabulous but community minded young women who love being a part of this journey to PERFECT.

It is only now that this amazing opportunity is sinking into my head. I am so excited and there are so many responsibilities. I have an amazing year planned before me with my sister queens. I want to ensure that I will make every effort this year to make a difference in the lives of others and be a good role model to other young women across the world.

Winning the title of America's Perfect Teen will also help me achieve a life long goal with my incredible broadcasting scholarship to study at the Connecticut School of Broadcasting. I can not wait to take a tour tomorrow after my photo shoot with Deanna Meredith Photography. 

America’s Perfect Junior Teen, Teen and Miss was held on August 12-15, 2010 in Orlando, FL. 170 models competed in a Press Conference Interview and walked the catwalk in a Swim and  Evening Wear Fashion Show!
